its like trying to say an animal is dead but no one will acknowledge it
its pointless to try
and theres no solution
i dont like happiness pushed into my face
my only 3 emotions are sad, hate, and scare
luckily i am not wanting to die
and it started a month ago when i just woke up sad and helpless

| @Lagio5: Could up the dosage if it doesn't seem to help much currently. Alternatively, you could always try some counseling. I've heard that helps, though I haven't had any personal experience with it. |

This doesn't work with everybody, but what I do to deal with my sadness is try to love everybody. Many people mistake it for overwhelming positivity, while it's really more of a venting/sharing of emotions. That and helping people just makes me feel better in general.
Otherwise, sometimes people just feel really sad and down sometimes for now apparent reason. I wish you the best of luck, my friend.

Same here. I know how hard it is to have this. |

| It's really not an apparent reason, so I just have to hope I find something that taps happiness. Or at least the border to a less miserable area. |

I get depressed too. I won't go into detail, but basically just think what the one good thing was in your life before you became sad and try to get it back.
My posts are curiouser and curiouser. "It doesn't matter which way you post, as it has no real purpose." - The Chesforumer Cat. |
