We all know the new bills, such as the division "Anti-Hopping" one. This one explains that you may not switch divisions unless your CO and the one you want to change to agree. If you do so WITHOUT permission, some "Consequences" Do not allow you to rank up, and make you train for nothing. They also revoke ANY ranks you are given and put you into Punished Serviceman for two months! __________________________________________________________________________________
These members want it revoked, and have signed for it.

I want an explanation from each one of you(the ones that want it repealed) on why you want it to be.

| Repeal! We have earned our ranks well. I, myself, have worked for Colonel for TWO MONTHS! I was aware of no law, and saw none in the Protocols (Yes, I'm one of the few who took the time to read it.). You're forgetting that this is a game, and stressing out because the Marine Corps lost two or three members. They'll gain more. I'm not a Marine, everyone who knows me knows this. I mean no disrespect towards anyone, but this is frankly ridiculous. It's created division in the supposedly UNITED Nations Space Command. It's only tearing the UNSC apart, not making it better. Repeal! |

| Why are you being a complainer look if you leave a regiment or so with no discharge that is considered deserting. Well they should tweak the Punished Servicemen to Three or Two weeks. But they need permission to be transfered. |
