Does the event seated while using a function have an argument between the brackets and what does it refer to?

http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Seated_(Event) It does, a bool value named active. My guess is it returns if the player is sitting (which it obviously would if the Seated event gets fired)

If you're using the Seated event, don't you have the player already?
local player = game.Players:GetPlayerFromCharacter(HUMANOID.Parent) |
