All Warlords+ were pm'd this from me personally, so don't take it personally.
Their has been some warlords+ going against everything Pragmatist has said in stopping "immaturity".
Their is a difference between "Immaturity" and "having fun". Calling people idiots and egging on the low ranks at a training is in no way you're duty, as we've said this a lot.
You CAN have fun, but not calling others idiots, argueing, (RANDOMLY KILLING TRAINERS AT THEIR TRAINING WITH ADMIN), as I've seen that twice now.
I want to see Sleet Clan thrive, as I see it doing well in the near future. Ad campaign soon, AND base + guns.
We should be better than ever and rise to be a great super clan once more, but we can't do this with immaturity.
Leading The Lycan Empire for 4 years, I've seen what immaturity leads to. It leads to failure of a clan, and possibly an admin attack. Thank you.

Tl;dr, everyone is immature through your perspective, save for E9. Because E9 is councilman. :) |

But the thing is there is a difference between Immaturity and having fun, I mean we can goof off and such but then HRs take it as immaturity.
And with the grammar thing, you don't need to have 12th grade grammar to be a officer, it is just a bit ridiculous in my opinion. |

Ayeee, there's no grammar rule, the rule for grammar is make it know where people can understand you.

Aye, I meant this just for having fun/knowing when to stop.
I don't mean like "Strict" and ish by this thread, just not like doing stupid stuff as like as an admin/messing up peoples trainings etc etc |

| But I do want to bring up the fact this thread doesn't mean VAK Discipline like I have been seeing at recent events. |

This isn't Vaktovian discipline, but Shattered, you've given me this argument in TSG and it really pissed me off.
I hate the way you reside to this because you say it's "goofing off and having fun." If the way you have fun is exactly just that you really need to grow up. I doubt you'll skip grades if you'll have that kind of mindset.
Officers need to set an example. It's common sense. |

| Dan, I'm not saying it's happening now. And I don't mean goof off during serious moments and such, you don't have to act like I act like and idiot every ten seconds. |

It's not hard to be mature and goof off at the same time. I do it at all of my training sessions.

From what I've seen Shattered is doing great as an officer, keep it up.
SC will prosper |

Honestly, a forum thread isn't going to stop immaturity from those who are being immature. Only experience will bring maturity.
Therefore, give them 3 warnings. After those three warnings, they'll be demoted until they've proven to be able to be mature and have fun at the same time. |

which is probably what this whole thread is about
i'll read it later and see if my prediction was right
