By 15 I don't mean exactly 15:00..
I mean roughly.. I was at 15:30-39 range...
I can run a mile in 5-6 minutes..
Today I was wearing some super light shoes and it was nice outside..

5 minutes for a mile seems unlikely.
I take between 8 and 11. |

| Also you don't run much. You don't run a mile in 5-6 minutes and keep that same pace for 3x distance. |

Rant all you want.
Won't change the fact that I'm telling the truth..
How do you know what I can and can't do pace-wise?

| XT, don't even bother arguing with Noah. If somebody had one more post than him, that person would instantly be a "no-life." |

If you knew about running you'd understand. You can't keep your speed up for that long, so when you run longer distances you slow down. You are saying you were faster. 5-6 minute mile at the same pace for 3 miles = 15-18 mins.
U stopid or somthin? |

There are people in my school that can run ONE mile in 5-6 minutes. But they, and I don't think anyone else, can keep that pace for very long.

1 post and 18k post is a HUGE difference, also if you had any reading comp. you would know that i wasn't talking about you, i was talking about dzu. Also stupid OP doesn't even know basic human anatomy to the point where he thinks you can keep a practically sprinting pace for 3 miles or 15840 ft.
