▲ It was inevitable. I personally did not want to make high rank application because it is an easy way for cheap, lazy people to get a high ranking position in a clan. This is very strict and only a few, select people will be chosen.
The current high ranks are being allowed to keep their current position in Swift Initiative.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:
[1] On a scale of 1-10, how active do you plan to be in Swift Initiative?
[2] Why do you want to become a high rank in Swift Initiative? What made you choose this clan?
[3] What do you hope to accomplish in Swift Initiative long-term and short-term?
[4] A low rank is disrupting the other members, and is showing an unpleasant and violent attitude towards you. What do you do?
[5] A Swift Initiative member asks you for a promotion during training. How do you feel you should respond?
[6] A war is going on and the score is tied. A high rank in the other clan offers to pay you to up their score. What is the decent, polite, and civilized way to respond to this action?
[7] A training is occurring and someone who is not in the group came. What do you do with this guest?
[8] You feel you’re being disrespected by another high-rank. How do you solve this problem?
[9] You feel you deserve to be promoted to a higher rank. What do you feel is the best thing to do in this situation? Give reasoning to support your conclusions.
[10] Please explain the reasonable way to quiet down a crowd that will not pay attention, and won't listen.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Once again the list of people who may achieve a HR position, from filling out this document, will be short and exclusive.
Good luck!

[1] On a scale of 1-10, how active do you plan to be in Swift Initiative? About 7.
[2] Why do you want to become a high rank in Swift Initiative? What made you choose this clan? I want to start a new career of being a HR.
[3] What do you hope to accomplish in Swift Initiative long-term and short-term? Short-term: Achieve higher ranks in Swift Initiative. Long-term: Make Swift Initiative a skilled active clan.
[4] A low rank is disrupting the other members, and is showing an unpleasant and violent attitude towards you. What do you do? Give him two warnings. If he doesn't listen the first time, I give him the second warning,if he didn't listen that time also, I ban him. |

[5] A Swift Initiative member asks you for a promotion during training. How do you feel you should respond? I check what did they do during the training, if he deserves a promotion. I promote him.
[6] A war is going on and the score is tied. A high rank in the other clan offers to pay you to up their score. What is the decent, polite, and civilized way to respond to this action? Refuse in a polite way.
[7] A training is occurring and someone who is not in the group came. What do you do with this guest? I offer him to join Swift Initiative, if he refuses. I freeze him, if he disturbed the training, I kick/ban him.
[8] You feel you’re being disrespected by another high-rank. How do you solve this problem? I talk to him about it, if he continue on his way. I report to a high-rank higher than me.
[9] You feel you deserve to be promoted to a higher rank. What do you feel is the best thing to do in this situation? Give reasoning to support your conclusions. For a low rank: I do excellent in the training and be on my best behavior. Reason: If you have someone who wants to be promoted and is totally disturbed. I don't promote him, instead I promote the one on his best behavior. For a High rank: I become more active and host more training that can improve the skills of Swift Initiative. Reason: You wouldn't promote some HR who is very inactive but instead promote the one who is doing good as a HR.
[10] Please explain the reasonable way to quiet down a crowd that will not pay attention, and won't listen. I message them silence, if they continued to talk. I give them 2 warnings then kick/ban.

[1] On a scale of 1-10, how active do you plan to be in Swift Initiative? Answer: 7
[2] Why do you want to become a high rank in Swift Initiative? What made you choose this clan? I have much experience being a HR. Sealitey asked me to join :p
[3] What do you hope to accomplish in Swift Initiative long-term and short-term? Short term: Become well respected. Long term: Become a HR.
[4] A low rank is disrupting the other members, and is showing an unpleasant and violent attitude towards you. What do you do? Ask him politely to stop. If he doesn't, give him a one warning. If he does it again, kick him/bring in another HR.
[5] A Swift Initiative member asks you for a promotion during training. How do you feel you should respond? If he/she deserves it, of course I would. If he/she doesn't, I would tell them to work a little harder.
[6] A war is going on and the score is tied. A high rank in the other clan offers to pay you to up their score. What is the decent, polite, and civilized way to respond to this action? I would say, "Please don't try to bribe me, if you try again, I may have to contact your group leader. Sorry."
[7] A training is occurring and someone who is not in the group came. What do you do with this guest? I would ask them first if they would like to join the group, if they say no, I would ask them politely to leave.
[8] You feel you’re being disrespected by another high-rank. How do you solve this problem? Contact Sealitey or a higher rank then him/her.
[9] You feel you deserve to be promoted to a higher rank. What do you feel is the best thing to do in this situation? Give reasoning to support your conclusions. I would ask for recommendations from other higher ranks, because recommendations usually help with a promotion. Then, I would probably tell Sealitey why I think I deserve it.
[10] Please explain the reasonable way to quiet down a crowd that will not pay attention, and won't listen. First, I would try telling them nicely. Next, I would try to ":m Please stop talking, it may result in kicking." Last, I would end up kicking the person who is starting the whole thing. |
