[:Section 1:]

Welcome to Valor Legion, a rapidly growing clan committed to integrity, friendliness, and advancement. We fear nothing; we do not back down, we do not give up, and we shall never surrender to our enemies. We are a united clan, and a true family.

[VL is still not accepting wars at this time]

═─────────────────────────────────═
[:Section 2:]

Valor Legion has 16 ranks, all of which has a specific tag. The tags are as follows:

[LR] - A lower rank. These ranks don't have much power, but a LR-5 may still give orders to a LR-3 if needed.

[MR] - Middle ranks are expected to assist HR's in leading members at raids/trainings. Middle ranks, if they work hard enough, may become a HR one day.

[HR] - High ranks are the leaders of Valor Legion. They host trainings, raids, and other events. HR's are expected to be mature at all times.

[__[LRs]__]

Initiate: Initiates are the people who have just joined. Initiates may not post on the wall.

Private: To be promoted to Private all you have to do is purchase the uniform and PM an Executive+ telling them that you did so.

Corporal: To be promoted to Corporal, all you have to do is attend a few trainings or raids.

Sergeant: To be promoted to Sergeant, all you must do is attend trainings and show skill and potential.

Legionnaire: The rank of Legionnaire is earned by attending many events, and showing skill and maturity.

Captain: Captain is the last of the LR ranks. Captains are expected to be mature and have good grammar and spelling. The rank of Captain is earned by being active, showing maturity, good grammar, good spelling, and skill.

[__[MRs]__]

Major: Major is the first of the MR ranks. As a MR you will be looked up to by the LRs of Valor Legion, so be sure to set a good example. Major is earned by being very active, showing excellent grammar/spelling, and being skilled.

Brigadier: As a Brigadier, you are expected to help out HR's when they need it. If you see some LRs goofing off during a raid, kindly yet sternly tell them to pay attention. The rank of Brigadier can be earned by being very active, skillful, having excellent grammar/spelling, and having leadership skills.

Officer: Officer is the last MR rank. As an Officer you can actually host trainings with a Marshal. Marshals will shout the training for you, and supervise you while you host it (AT THE OFFICIAL SIM FACILITY). However, the Marshal MUST stay at your training until the very end; if they can not, they must find another HR who can do so. The rank of Officer can be earned by showing leadership skills, fighting skill, maturity, excellent grammar/spelling, and respect.

Diplomat: Diplomats are ambassadors from allied clans. They have the ability to shout so they may ask for assistance. Diplomats may only shout raids with the permission of a High Council+. Defenses may be shouted without prior permission if shout is open. If a training is in progress, a Diplomat may ask the trainer to postpone their training in order to assist.

[__[HRs]__]

Marshal: Marshals may host trainings on their own, and have admin at the Sim Facility. Marshals are not allowed to promote, but may recommend people for promotions to an Executive+. Marshals may NOT host raids. The rank of Marshal may only be given with the permission of a Council+. It is given to very active Officers who have shown skill, maturity, respect, great grammar/spelling, and activity.

Colonel: Colonels are able to host trainings and raids. Raids hosted by Colonel are expected to be organised and effective. The rank of Colonel is given to active Marshals. Marshals and Colonels are expected to hold the bulk of VL's trainings.

Executive: As an Executive you are allowed to promote. Promotions are not to be given willy-nilly. If it is discovered that you gave a promotion to someone because they are your friend, you will be immediately demoted. You also may not promote to the ranks of Officer+. The rank of Executive is given to veteran Colonels who have been successful as Colonels. Promotions on the rank of Executive must be approved by the rank of High Council+.

Council: The rank of Council is not to be taken lightly. Councils are able to promote up to the rank of Colonel. They are also able to host raids whenever they wish. Councils, however, may not promote someone to the rank of Executive. The rank of Council is given to very active and successful Executives.

High Council: This is one of the highest honors a member can receive in VL. Just be content thinking that you will not earn this rank, because very few earn it. The rank of High Council may promote members up to the ranks of Executive as they please (abuse of this power will result in a demotion). The rank of High Council is awarded to long-time Valor Legion veterans who have phenomenal grammar/spelling, excellent fighting skills, excellent leadership skills, maturity, and great activity.

Imperator: The Imperator is the leader of Valor Legion. He/She has absolute power, but must still obey the will of the Senate.

═─────────────────────────────────═
[:Section 3:]

Trainings may be held by the ranks of Officer+. Officers require a Marshal+ to supervise, but the ranks of Marshal and above require no supervision.

Trainings may only be held at official or approved Valor Legion places. Places can only be approved by the ranks of High Council+ (High Council members may not approve their own places). The link to Valor Legion's official training place may be found at the end of this section.

HRs may hand out a maximum of three promotions per training. People may only receive ONE promotion per day. This is to prevent someone ranking up in VL too quickly.

Your trainings may be fun. In fact, make sure they are fun, just don't let them get out of hand.

Also, HRs, you may NOT use admin at another HR's training. This goes for EVERYONE except for the ranks of High Council+ if they deem it necessary. Abuse of this privilege will result in demotion.

═─────────────────────────────────═
[:Section 4:]

There are four different shout tags in VL.

#1- Unimportant, dismissals, good morning/night shouts, and the like. (Allowed to over-shout anytime)

#2- Trainings, unimportant threads, etc. (Wait 1 hour until over-shouting if important/training, otherwise you are allowed to over-shout anytime.

#3- Important messages, forums, or defenses/raids. (3 hour wait until over-shouting)

#4- Extremely important messages. You MUST keep up the message all day. (Only allowed to use with permission from a High Council member or the Imperator)

The different tags used in the shout will be listed below.

[MSG] - Message.
[TRAIN] - Training.
[EVENT] - Event.
[RALLY] - Rally.
[RAID] - Raid.
[DEFENSE] - Defense.
[QoD] - Question of the day.
[DEBRIEF] - A debriefing after a raid/defense.
[ADDRESS] - A address given by a HR on an important matter.

(As you can tell they're pretty self-explanatory.)

Make SURE to put your name after each shout. Also separate shouts by using "||"

Example of a shout: #2[TRAIN] Come train at [Insert link here] || #4[MSG] We've won the war! - [Shouter]
