Episode 7-9 and what they are can only be speculations of course, but you can no longer base your theories or ideas from the books or online anymore due to them disassembling the EU universe to make the content more organized.
They say they are doing it for "organization" when the facts show its to prevent any pre-blow ups of 7-9 and to keep you on your toes.
Disney and the star wars producers just really want to screw with us and have nothing better to do. They want their 4 billion dollars to stretch as much as they can. |

Zelo, they didn't follow any of the original avengers story at all. Half of the actual avengers weren't/won't be in it.
I'm not saying Disney makes bad movies I'm saying they ruin story. |

"Half of the actual avengers weren't/won't be in it. "
You realize marvel had sub-universes right? Also, they are using the infinity gauntlet series, on top of ant-man coming into the picture (More avengers will come in after age of ultron)
Gaurdians of the Galaxy will also tie into the avengers.
So they are pretty on point so far.
If anything X-Men really F'ed up the entire thing. |

| i think the new star wars movies will be good objectively in regards to film but in regards to subjective goodness as defined by star wars fans it will be bad. |

Not at all, they are still missing tons of them. Black widow is also only a minor avenger, she only works for them when it is in her interest. |

to be perfectly honest, with all the gaps and plotholes presented by lucasarts when they just stopped caring, it won't exactly be easy to recover star wars.
it is definitely doable, though. |

Due to J.J. Abram's success in Star Trek and Disney's success in all Marvel pictures since they bought Marvel at least 5 or so years ago, I'm looking forward to this Star Wars trilogy.
They can't mess up the story, since there is no story yet. The only way they can mess it up is if the first scene is a flashback where Greedo shoots a gun. The first thing that happens being Greedo shooting a gun would definitely be Lucas's doing, another testament to "Greedo shot first"
The second trilogy (1-3) sucked because Lucas lost his unique sense of directing and writing and became a Hollywood man interested in money and profit off of merchandise, so if anything, Disney will save it. Yes, Disney likes advertising things in their movies, but mainly only their main characters. In recent movies like Tangeled and Brave, the only real advertising they could do is for the toys of the main characters. During episode 2 when Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Padme were handcuffed on Geonosis with the 3 monsters had Hasbro written all over it from the start, when movies like The Princess and the Frog or even oldies like Snow White only sell their main characters- not every scene as Lucas would prefer. |

| Originally, Star Wars toys only really included the main characters and important scenes. During episodes 1-3, almost every scene's setting and characters could be packaged and sold for $20, and they sold because Star Wars fans are that dedicated to being more dedicated than Star Trek fans. |
