| Okay, I'm getting a bit too old to post this sort of stuff. But like I'm in grade 11 and I still don't feel safe at school. People joke about me, mock me, avoid me, and actually there have been instances where I was physically attacked. Anyone else feel the same way? Oh my god it just sucks. It's really embarrassing. I have to transfer schools now and keep a bunch of secrets from the students at my future school. |

@OP Doing nothing doesn't help you. You have to at least get up and walk away if they are verbally harming you. Physical harm is a lot harder to deal with though, since most schools punish someone that is defending themselves. But tell your teachers about it too.

"so ur tired of getting rekt everyday?" Yes, indeed I am tired of getting rekt everyday.
"why dont you just stick up for your self? show that you dont deserve to be picked on, and prove why" One time I had bloodied someone in self-defence and got an in-school suspension whereas he got away with it because I wasn't bruised. So I really don't want to try that again.
"you're never too old to tell your parents, ya know" Mum knows, but she won't do anything about it. Only gonna transfer me to another school, that's all. She tells me to just wait it out.
"beat the snot out of them" They're the same age as me. Actually, I think I might be at a physical disadvantage here. |

"Doing nothing doesn't help you. You have to at least get up and walk away if they are verbally harming you. Physical harm is a lot harder to deal with though, since most schools punish someone that is defending themselves. But tell your teachers about it too." It's easy to just walk away from verbal insults, but it really gets to you in the long run, man.
"You're in 11th grade, beat people up" Problem is I can't. I'm significantly shorter than my main bullies, also I'm uh... wow I don't know how to say this... female-bodied, even though I'm not a female. The majority of my bullies aren't. They're much more muscular than me. Actually that is the reason they're insulting me and such.
Um, thanks guys, though I was not intending to get advice, I appreciate it. |
