did you guys know there was a thing called Lucid Dreaming.
It's where if you put thought into it; you can make up your own dream.
you can control your own dream.
but idk whats the reasoning behind subconscious dreams

Dreams are the aftermath of the brain just kinda working by itself. Sometimes your brain hates you and gives you a nightmare though. Thats the way I think of it.
But I did already know of Lucid Dreaming. I can't remember any dream I have, I have never remembered one before, so I really don't think Lucid Dreaming would work.

"It's where if you put thought into it; you can make up your own dream." wrong a lucid dream is simply just a dream in which you are aware of the fact that you are dreaming |

I think dreams are the thing you think of frequently while you are awake . Also in Lucid Dreaming you can control the dream. Search the wiki. Bump.

| The most I can do is think of something and it appears, but can't directly control it. |

dreams are the result of your brain still working + REM lucid dreaming is where you're kind of awake in the way that you know what your brain is doing it's also the reason why most lucid dreamers often get sleep paralysis they wake up before their brain is still in "rest mode" which causes nightmares to come to life and they become paralyzed |

I've had a lucid now that I think of it. I was in sleep paralysis and I knew I couldn't move but I controlled myself in the dream. There was insane laughter and screaming but I ran to my mom's room to open the door and hide, and I couldn't so I went back to my body and woke up. I also had more, they were all unpleasant and INTENSE you would not want one of these if you have a screwed up head like me.
