Usually, when I copy and paste an object into Workspace, it appears above its original counterpart with its position values intact (aside from Y being slightly changed). The pasted brick appears with the same X and Z values, and its Y value is only slightly altered in order to appear above the original brick.
However, I'm having a recent problem where my pasted bricks appear with unusual Y position values. They're appearing on top of their original copied parent bricks as usual, but with gaps between them.
For example: A 1x1x1 brick that I copy and paste into Workspace appears above its parent, but with a Y position value of something like "10.505", when it should be something like "10.5" or "10". The brick is still a 1x1x1 part, but it has a random gap between it and its parent (keep in mind, these are bricks with inside or on top of them blocking a clean pasting, so there shouldn't be a spontaneous gap). The only way I seem to be able to remove these gaps is by manually moving the copied brick above its parent, which is quite tedious.
Is anyone else having this problem? |
