| Try building it yourself using online pics of angels and CFraming the parts together. The more you practice, the better you'll get! |

If you Anchor parts and use the Edit mode of ROBLOX Studio, you can move parts into each other using the Rotate and Move tools with the Grid tool set to X (off). This is called CFraming the parts (Coordinate framing) which used to be done by actually telling the parts to move to a new location/rotation using a complex command or CFraming tool. It's how some really cool things are made with ROBLOX. |

Just a quick CFraming lesson:
Go to your place in Edit mode. Have a pic of a weeping angel you want to build your model from. View > Explorer and View > Properties.
Click the Collision Check button to choose whether parts can be moved into each other or not. Right click in the building area, a window pops up and choose Insert part. With that part selected, go to the Properties window. Check the Anchored box, change the colour to White (or whatever you want).
Use the Move tool and Rotate tool to put the part where you want it.
If you change the Grid tool you get: 1 stud grid = 1 stud movement, resize and 45 degree rotation increments. 1/5 stud grid = .2 stud movement, resize and 15 degree increments. X (off) = .01 stud movement, resize and decimal degree increments.
If you press Ctrl L when you have a part selected, your movement arrows will switch between the world's grid and the part's grid. Really helpful with rotated parts.

YOu can also reference other parts for cframing, but I would recommend turning off collision detect or something named like that.
CFraming via cmdbar is very tedious and isn't a efficient interface for positioning parts usually.
Very precise models (Models that should be be minimapped instead)could use this, but a mouse and keyboard will always be a better means of positioning parts due to the ergonomics of these sorts of things. |

| There's also YouTube tutorials. If you're still confused. The best way to learn is by experimenting with the studio your self. |

| Known as “The Lonely Assassins”, the Weeping Angels are quantum-locked alien killers, as old as the universe itself. Little is known of their origins or culture. When observed, they freeze like stone, but in the blink of an eye they can move vast distances. The touch of an Angel hurls their victim back in time – allowing the Angel to feast on the energy of their unlived days. Initially, the Tenth Doctor encountered four Angels, who sent him back to 1969. He left clues for Sally Sparrow to find and help trap them – releasing him and the TARDIS. Later encounters have seen a whole mausoleum of statues, tiny cherubs and even the Statue of Liberty transformed into Weeping Angels. Both Amy and Rory were trapped by a Weeping Angel, when it sent them back to 1938 to live out their lives together. In the 51st Century, the Doctor trapped the Angels in a crack in time, erasing them from history. |

| Here's a tool set that has C-Frame in it if you wish to attempt at the statue. |

That's a big problem with posting your entire idea and asking for help. A better way would be to ask for help with a specific area you're having problems with. |
