Sounds like your GPU needs to be switched out or your driver needs to be updated.
I suggest you update your drivers, that might get you a few more frames per second. (have help from an adult that knows what they're doing.)

| Recent updates may have made graphics even more dependent on your CPU. You may still need to upgrade or replace. |

that's why there are DEDICATED graphics and INTEGRATED graphics.
I run roblox perfectly fine with two geforce GT620's in SLI. |
