Article I
-
Section I

>
All Legislative powers herein shall be vested in a Congress which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.


Section II

>
The House of Representatives shall be composed by members chosen every Second Month by the people. No person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the age of Two Months and been Seven Weeks a citizen of the United States.

When a vacancy occurs, the Executive Authority thereof shall issue Writs of Election to fill such vacancies.

The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall hold the sole power of Impeachment.


Section III

>
The Senate of the United States, chosen by the Legislature thereof for Three Months; and each Senator shall have one vote.

Immediately have they shall be assembled in consequence of the first election, they shall be divided as equally as may be into three classes. The seats of the Senators of the first class shall be vacated at the expiration of the First Month, of the second class at the expiration of the Second Month, and of the third class at the expiration of the Third Month, so that one third may be chosen every month; and if vacancies happen by resignation, or otherwise, during the recess of Legislature, the Executive Authority thereof make temporary appointments until the next meeting of Legislature, which shall fill such vacancies…

No person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained the age of Three Months and been Nine Weeks a citizen of the United States.

The Vice President of the United States shall be the President of the Senate, but shall have no vote, unless the be equally divided.

The Senate shall chuse their Officers, and also a President pro tempore, in the absence of the Vice President, or when he shall exercise the Office of the President of the United States of America.

The Senate shall have the sole power to try all impeachments. When sitting for that purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: and no person shall be convicted without the concurrence of two thirds of the members present.

Judgement in cases of impeachment shall not expand further than to removal of office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States: but the party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to indictment, trial, judgement and punishment, according to law.


Section IV

>
The Times, Places, and Manner of holding elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed universally thereof; but the Congress may at any time by law make or alter such regulations, except as to places of chusing Senators.

The Congress must assemble at least once in every Month, and such meeting shall be on the First Friday of the Month unless they shall by law appoint a different day.


Section V

>
Each House shall be the Judge of Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own members, and a Majority of each shall constitute a quorum to do business, but a smaller number may adjourn from day to day, and may be authorized to compel absent members, in such manner, and under such penalties as each House may provide.

Each House may determine rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two thirds members, expel a member.

Neither House, during the session of Congress, without the consent of the other, adjourn for more than Three Hours, nor to any other place than that in which the two Houses shall be sitting.


Section VI

>
No Senator or Representative shall, during the time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created.


Section VII

>
The House of Representatives is responsible for passing Amendments; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.

Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a law, be presented to the President of the United States: if he approve he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it with his objections to that House in which it shall have originated, who shall proceed to reconsider it if deemed necessary. If after such reconsideration it passes two thirds in that House, it shall be sent to the next House. If passed by vote two thirds in that House, it shall become law. If any bill shall not be returned by the President within Ten Days (Sundays excepted) without viable reason as accepted by the House Speaker after it shall have been presented to him, the same shall be law, in like manner if he had signed it unless Congress by their adjournment prevent its return, in which case it shall not be law.

Every Order, Resolution, or Vote to which the concurrence of the Senate and House of Representatives may be necessary (except on a question of adjournment) shall be presented to the President of the United States; and before the same shall take effect, shall be approved by him, or being disapproved by him, shall be repassed by two thirds of the Senate and House of Representatives, according to the rules and limitations prescribed in the case of a bill.


Section VIII

>
The Congress shall have the power to provide for the Common Defense and General Welfare of the United states; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

To regulate Commerce with foreign nations;

To declare war, grant letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make rules concerning captures on land and water upon and in result of request of the President of the United States;

To make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution the foregoing powers, and all other powers vested by this Constitution in the government of the United States, or in any department or officer thereof.


Section IX

>
Congress may not sign, distribute, host, nor protect any Bill, Sanction, Article, Title, etc… which may impose unfair treatment regarding amongst people in payment or reward giving title, money, state, land etc… regarding said persons title, money, state, land, etc...


Section X

>
No state shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant letters of Marque and Reprisal; emit Bills of Credit; pass any Bills of Attainder, ex post facto law, or law impairing the obligation of contracts, or grant any title of nobility.

No state shall, without the consent of Congress, shall lay any duty of tonnage, keep troops, or ships of war in time of peace, enter into any agreement or compact with another state, or with a foreign power, or engage in war, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent danger as will not admit of delay.

Article II
-
Section I

>
The Executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the term of Six Months, and, together, with the Vice President, chosen for the same term, be elected, as follows:

The citizens of the United States of America on the day of election shall gather within that day to vote as required by the House of Representatives by majority voice, as granted to be. The victor shall appoint his declared Vice President once majority is passed, or a number of at least one hundred and fifty votes is passed. If no Vice President is selected then from the five highest on the list the said House of Representatives shall in like manner chuse the Vice President. If two or more parties breach the requirement of one hundred and fifty votes, the person with the highest number of votes shall be granted the Executive Seat of President. If tie among the votes is found the Supreme Court is to decide the outweighing candidate, with the exception of a President in candidate for a second term, whereas the decisive vote will go to the Senate of the United States.

No person, at the time of adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President who have not had an account for fourteen weeks and been fourteen days a resident of the United States.

In case of the removal of the President from office, or of his death, resignation, or inability to discharge the powers and duties of the said office, the same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by law provide for the case of removal, death, resignation or inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what Officer then shall act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the disability be removed, or a President shall be elected.

Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:-- “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, so help me God."


Section II

>

The President shall be the Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy and Airforce of the United States, when called into the actual service of the United States; he may require the opinion, in writing, of the principal officer in each of the Executive Departments, upon any subject relating to the duties of their respective offices, and shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment.

He shall have power, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two thirds of the Senate present concur, and he shall nominate, and by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, judges of the Supreme Court, and all other officers of the United States, whose appointments are not herein provided for, and which shall be established by law: but the Congress may by law vest the appointment of such inferior officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the courts of law, or in the heads of the law.

The President shall have the power to fill up all vacancies that may happen during the recess of the Senate, by granting commissions, which shall expire at the end of their next session.


Section III

>
He shall from time to time give to Congress information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their consideration of such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in case of disagreement between them, with respect of the time of adjournment, he may adjourn them to such time as he shall think proper, he shall receive ambassadors and other public ministers, he shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed, and shall commission all the officers of the United States.


Section IV

>
The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

Article III
-
Section I

>
The Judicial Power of the United States shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts, as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The judges, both of the Supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behavior.


Section II

>
The Judicial Power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution, the laws of the United States, and treaties made, or which shall be made, under their authority;--to all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls;-to all cases of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction;--to controversies between the citizens of this state thereof, or a foreign state, citizens or subjects.

In all cases affecting ambassadors, or other public ministers and consuls, the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction. in all other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and other such regulations as the Congress shall make.

The trial of all crimes, except in the cases of impeachment, shall be by jury; and such trials shall be at such place or places as the Congress may by law have directed.


Section III

>
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attained.

Article IV
-
Section I

>
Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every person. and the Congress may by general law prescribe the manner in which such acts, records and proceedings shall be proved, and the effect thereof.


Section II

>
The citizens bound by law, are to be protected by those same laws.

A person charged with treason, felony, or other crime, who shall flee from justice, and be found in another place, shall on demand of the Executive Authority of the place he fled, be delivered up, to be removed from thine place having jurisdiction of the crime.


Section III

>
The Congress shall have power to dispose of and mall all needful rules and regulations respecting the territory or other property belonging to the United States.


Section IV

>
The United States shall guarantee to all United States soil in this Union a Republican form of government, and shall protect them against invasion; and on the application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic violence.

Article V

>
The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, shall call a convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, as the one or other mode of ratification may be proposed by Congress; provided that no Amendment may be made prior to the date of the Twenty Fifth Day of the Eighth Month of the Year of Two Thousand and Thirteen shall in any manner affect the First and Fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the First Article and no person shall be deprived of their equal suffrage in the Senate.

Article VI

>
All engagements entered into, before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.

This Constitution, and the law of the United States shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges of all courts shall be bound thereby, any thing in the Constitution or laws to the contrary notwithstanding.

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and all Executive and Judicial officers, shall be bound by Oath of Affirmation, to support this Constitution, but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to an officer or public trust under the United States.

Article V

>
The Constitution shall apply to all within the United States of America.
