What's your opinion on clans that use departments for their internal systems?
I'll use RAT as an example as they have heads for their departments and members in some of the departments.
What do you think of them and how do you think they impact on the clan structure? |

| No point in divisions although HRs should have responsibility over their "Department". |

I'll check up on this thread in the morning, feel free to leave your opinions on here.
Also, if you have any, could you suggest alternative systems? I'm comparing these to ideas I came up with earlier; I'm curious to see what everyone here thinks. |

It's less stress on the high ranks if they're all assigned to one department, rather than having to adapt to the environment and work of several departments. That's how I see it. |
