| I have recently started making games outside of roblox, learning c++ and the interface. I love how similar c++ is to lua, visaully. Once again, like roblox. it is dumbed down a little for beginners. Even building on it is like roblox. If youre wondering about what unreal engine is, it was the engine used to make games like bioshock infinite. Anyway sorry for my grammar as half my keyboard is broke. |

| Well, I have been finding it hard just for the start but that is just me. It reminds me so much of lua in ways. Like boolean values etc. I wont say its easy but it isnt that hard either. |

C++ is not similar to Lua. Lua is scripting, C++ is programming. C++ is object-oriented, Lua is not.
The type of C++ you are using for UE4 is predefined methods, meaning you are not simply creating your own methods. Therefore, yes, UE4 C++ is like Lua.
