Dear fellow RM comrades/troops, During the past few months, I've noticed an incline in members and a decline in discipline and respect. You are doing fine elsewhere, being active and all, but I hope when you are active and on duty that you respect your fellow comrades/troops. The HR's are working as best as they can, so we hope you can help us by being respectful and disciplined when we need you to.

| I strongly agree, however, one cannot simply make every single cadet become a disciplined soldier. Enforcing this will be extremely difficult, but I am in strong support. |

I have a method in which I use a trainings to keep soldiers respsectful and great listeners at trainings/patrols etc. I'm not saying it works on everyone, though. |

| I support but the question about "spying", how are we suppose to know if they are an enemy or an true R.M soldier? There are eventually new private that are suspicious. |

| @sianpardise, The true ones are hard working and loyal to their comrades, HRs, and commander. Spies just doodle off and barely do anything but ask for intelligence from the loyal troops that are little to know that they're a spy. |

This is because your members are mainly 10 year olds, or below.
They don't care for loyalty and roleplay...
You give them a fun, open enviroment. and you might actually get somewhere. |

And I guarantee you no one is caring to spy on you either.
That's the most useless thing you can do on this game. |

RM still has shouts asking for donations to high ranks and visiting cafes for ticket income
I think there are other things you should be worrying about |

Is RM's leader an actual clan leader, or someone with a lot of robux who thought it would be fun to buy a clan..? Does she/he have experience in the clan world?
This is a serious question, I want to know. I haven't played ROBLOX for 8 months aside from the past week. |

There is a reason that some HRs aren't respected (This is my opinion).
Let's say an HR is hosting a training. The HR states their rules...
"No talking" "Talking = Kick" "Come back after kick = ban and demotion" "No faces" "Listen to every single order" "No asking any questions" "No playing games" "No talking to me" "Step on the grass = Kick" "Do something wrong = Kick or get killed" "Walk out of line = kick" "Neck kiss/Hand hold = Kick" "First offence = Kick" "Second offence = kick" "Third offence = ban and demotion no matter what"
Stuff like that. Sometimes the soldiers are treated like dogs. The way (that I found) to get some respect is to show the soldiers that there is fun to be had, but you also have to listen. It is kind of like you are the parent, and the soldiers are your children. You have your rules, but they can have fun at times. When I host a training, I make sure that the soldiers are well disciplined (I can be pretty hard on them at times) and that they have fun. I play around with them, I play games with them in the middle and/or end of the training (that is, if they behave), and I joke around with them as they do their obbies. Honestly, you gain a lot of respect by doing that. When I state an order, no soldier neglects it. When I tell them to form SFLs, -Most- of the lines are flawless. And when I states the rules and/or say "No Talking!", they listen.
What i'm trying to say is... If you treat a soldier like they are family, they will listen, they will fight well, and they will come out to be great soldiers. |

In the following message, I will speak the truth and only the truth. Handle it as you will.
RM has been handling this problem horribly. What some HRs have been doing,(Some, not all) is going to the other extreme, and being ridiculously cruel to soldiers of a lower rank than themselves. I have talked with some people who I will not name right now, and they agree with me. The best solution in my opinion would be to make a system that, if a HR gets over, say 15 complaints, then they will be court-martialed. If they are proclaimed guilty, then they would be exiled immediately. This would help sort out HRs giving out "cruel and unusual punishment" Plus, the makers of the Consitution obviously thought "cruel and unusual punishment" was unneeded, for it's against the rules of the aforementioned Constitution.
Thanks you for your time, AlphaWolf83 |

| I would also like to add that I agree with JakeVSGaming's strategy, as I have observed and participated in his training multiple times. |
