This is the official Diamond Empire testing rubric, created entirely by marmanator. It includes what you are going to be evaluated on, a more elaborate explanation, and questions that the arbitrator will ask themselves when surveying your assets. Not only that, but there is also two sections describing the grading system. Please keep this document in mind when 3ic+ is evaluating you. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
I - Grammar - Self-explanatory, really. Just keep an eye out on their grammatical skills and sentence structure. If they hardly use punctuation, grammar, or even spell correctly, it will be hard to communicate on the battlefield with some incompetence.
II - Situations - In This part of the evaluations, you will be ask five different questions on what you would do if something had happened, Each question you get right, you get one point.
III - Commands - This Part of the evaluation, you will be tested to see if you know all of the commands in the holo.
IV - Sword Fighting - In this part, the person fights the 2ic, 3ic or commander 5 times. The score goes like this: For each kill one person gets, their points go up by 1. Ties do not count. If, for example, the ending score is 3-2, you would rate their points as 3.
V - Gun Fighting - This is the same as Sword Fighting, but with guns instead.
VI - Obbies - In this part of the evaluations, you will have 5 tries on both sides on the Long Obbies. If you pass 1 section, the tries reset back to 0, and you go again. Once you have done 5 tries and failed, you go to the other side. Based on how far you get on both sides, you average and there is there points. If the person gets to section 6 on both sides, YOUR POINTS WILL BE 6! That means "Extra Credit" ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
