| My country is in the EU too and the UK has a good economy compared to other EU countries. If a disaster happens my country has less safety. |

| I am from the UK and even though it costs a lot there is no point, don't listen to UKIP. We can do better things if we work together. |

UKIP is stealing voters and the mainstream media is brainwashing us with nationalist propeganda.
I am voting to stay in the EU. Yes, I am 17. |

No, this would probably influence relationships with economically strong countries, say Germany to be tenser. As 2013Yay has already stated, this could damage his country and other countries, and obviously, nations don't exactly stay happy with one another when that happens.
If you live in the UK, you'll know that we're in a recession, of course, we're slowly getting better, but we could get even better when we can call for help. Of course, this can apply to other countries in the EU.

"if your sole argument is national pride then I'd rather you not post"
And how is this not a good argument?
The EU's socialist laws are basically what's ruining Western Europe. It's good that you'd want to save your damn country from it. |

| I might have phrased that badly, I'm not sure if you think so its just I get so much and its never going to alter my mindset at all because I don't see the point. Like I said, you can say what you want.. I just kind of meant 'Keep Britain British' for the sake of Britishness kind of stuff. It was quite a vague statement, sorry. |

UK shouldn't have entered the EU in the first place, now that we're in it, it's too late. Leaving would result in economic collapse, it was a bad economic move to entre the EU in the first place but now it's too late.
The economy is only picking up in the South East, elsewhere it continues to plummet. Where I live, they can't even afford plastic bins and to fill the potholes in the road.

So true, and you wonder why Scotland wants Independence.
Just ask yourself, what can we do with the money we waste everyday? |

@GLM
I don't understand the concept that now that we're in it, we're bound to have an economic collapse, but I do agree that we shouldn't have joined it in the first place.

@Tita
Yeah.
@Rid
Because at moment the EU brings more money than it takes above the overall amount the UK currently makes, though it may not have the most impressive ranges. It's enough for the EU to keep the UK in a bondage (meaning we have no choice but to stay in it unless the economy grew stronger).
Also, the EU would cut trading and isolate the UK economically. Resulting in relying primarily on either the U.S or Russia for trade. We can’t win either way, it would take a serious system over-haul to make the country self-sufficient but it’s possible. All you need is a strong and determined leader.

The EU is a bad idea in general.
Countries with good economies are just getting weaker. |

I would love a "actually capitalistic EU"
the only countries in it should be
UK Switzerland Sweden
Their economies are all preatty good
Countries that shouldn't be in it
Germany Netherlands Belgium Austria
basically everyone
maybe poland (yeah their economy is actually raising) |
