I will not write you a college-level thesis on this, since your intellect is lower than that of a potato. I'll dumb it down to a list instead.
1. They are redundant.
2. Fighting rounds are way too short.
3. 1v1 tournaments are useless, no one learns a darn thing.
4. People are imprisoned to the spawn, when they lose, to revel in their loss. - Doesn't encourage anything.
5. The training center owners are money launderers.
6. Too many HR conflicts in training.
7. Most of the trainers have the maturity of brain-dead rhinoceros.
8. The training center builders are money launderers.
9. Trainings are too short.
10. This is ROBLOX, trainings are supposed to teach you how to fight in a creative manner, not turn into boot-camp 2.0
I have learned more from Guests SF'ing in SFOTH, than every training I've ever been too combined.
This concludes my hate.

i somewhat agree
i train myself by raiding random forts, etc
raiding and defending is he best form of training
thus i dont attend very many clan trainings
which is why it takes so damn long for me to get promoted...

| You should join WIJ, their trainings are great, and you actually learn stuff, and 99% of the training is practising, not talking |

| Trainings were created not to actually train but rather to simply have another excuse to have some kind of event within the group. |

support. this is why good clans never have trainings, like tza or older clans like PICO during its heyday.

| Rekington, I like your stance. I really do. How would you train your members if you owned a clan- if you do or don't? I am very interested in your idea. (This is not sarcasm, as it might sound like it.) |

"lower than that of a potato." I stopped reading there.
I just want to point out that people do have effective training methods. It creates activity. Funds. And several other things towards things.

xxSkywarnxx gave me the idea on this post, thank you.
As a trainer in the past, the best way to teach people is through repetition in a fun, and co-operative way, such as minigames for instance.
Most of ROBLOX is under 14, almost no one has the attention span to consistently do the same boring tasks that a training required.
Once again, I'd have to develop this idea a bit more, but this is the general idea of it. |

trainings can be good if u actually teach people to fight instead of just saying "GO FIGHT IN THIS ARENA FOR 5 MINUTES KIDDIES"
instead you should let each of them demonstrate how they fight then point out their flaws and have them use your advice in a tdm or something
this actually helps them get better |
