i'm referring to how in the phrase 'FORTRESS POPULARIS SANCTUARIUM', the 'U' wasn't in the latin that the romans spoke; the uppercase 'u' was a 'V'
it should be 'FORTRESS POPVLARIS SANCTVARIVM" |
