| So I just got this brand new toshiba AMD A6 with windows 8 on it about 5 days ago. It seemed to be working fine but then I tryed to download paint.net which is the first thing i ever tryed to download, I quit halfway through the download anyways. I dont know if this has anything to do with the problem... Anyways so when i went to roblox games i started to loose connection a lot of the time, and my friend has a toshiba too we where on the same network and mine would loose connection first.. SO all the sudden I went to her house and switched networks for the first time.. When i got home i switched back to my network yet it kept saying "could not connect" yet its working on other computers. The wierdest part was that my mouse pad stopped working, only for short amounts of time. I turned off the computer and the mouse pad worked and then i opened desk top and it wouldnt budge, i popped in a wireless mouse and it works fine. But still every time i try i can only use my touch pad/ mouse on my computer for about 5 mins before it stops working. Are toshibas bad? Should I just return it? What should I do and has anyone had this happen? Also are acers better? |

| Personally, I am not a good tech-guy but I would return it and buy a Windows 7 OS. I find those a lot more easier to work with files, and downloading things. I'm not sure if you can do Factory Restart on your computer, but if you can I would try to Factory Restart it then see if it works. |
