| Make it multiple control points then once one has successfully been held for an amount of time it explodes and then there are less and less control points kinda like demolition in CoD. |

If it's just a template, make it easy to read and learn off of, and just the basic guns.
Semi auto, and full auto, maybe a shotgun if you're feeling generous.
Generic terminal/flag system. |

Well, like I posted earlier.
Preferably very easy to read, which should take care of the entire style issue, shouldn't it?
If someone can easily locate in the script what sets the transparency of the ray-part, along with the color they should be able to customize the guns to their liking. If they can find the audio for the firing noise, and all that, it shouldn't be a big issue.
I know you as a scripter, so if you're asking how they should be built, I think that should just be up to the people using the template.
A back and forth terminal system wouldn't hurt anyone, and if you could throw in a script that prevents empty server raiding, and flooding, that would be nice too. |

| I think there should be various game modes that the clients would be able to pretty much place on their own and the GUI/etc will be customize-able. |
