| Need tips. I'm willing to do what it takes to train. Not sure how to though. I'm thinking about doing sprinting because while my mile is good, I don't think it's track good. |

| currently i have to run 4 times a week for track and feel so practice before you join track and field because you need a lot of endurance. |
