To build guns just build it HUGE first and I mean like really big so you can add all the detail(use this method for anything else you want detailed aswell whether it's a boat, car, etc) and then make it smaller with a minimap script or a resizer plugin. If you want to build a really detailed gun you'll have to know how to c-frame though, so you don't learn how to do that first.
I'm just a builder by the way, I can't tell you how to script it if you want a working one. I just know how to make things look really pretty. |

| Like they said, you need to get a good looking gun built. You'll want to turn CollisionCheck off so that you can build it all together while still in studio. Also turn the Gridsnap to "X". Once you have the model built, feel free to steal the scripts off of another gun. Be sure to edit your part names to match the scripts. |
