Has anyone made it yet? |

This is the farthest I've ever seen anyone get. And I don't know how to contact him anymore.

It's easy to make, but hard to do something interesting with it.
The reason being that you can't use normal characters, you have to create custom characters to use with the planetary gravity. |

@stravant Why is that a problem? That's easy too. |

| Custom characters really aren't all that difficult. You simply reprogram the normal character while allowing yourself more freedom with it. I've done it a few times (most of my never published games contain one) and I wouldn't be surprised if one could be whipped up in an hour. |

| Custom characters where you completely re-write the movement such that they can support normal movement but at an arbitrary "up" direction is far from easy. |

| Well Are92 made it years and years ago but some roblox update broke it. I believe it was the first working attempt too. |

| You'd have to rewrite all the animations. But I was hoping there was a way to rotate a model and have it work with characters but there just isn't. Character animations are so dependent on the typical x,y,z axis |

@stravant Replicating movement is fairly simple. Granted, I did need help with left and right, but forward and backward was really easy. Just use the camera facing direction.
I made my own custom character with replicated movement, sprinting, and jumping, as well as walking and jumping animations in a couple of days with a max of a few hours spent each. The thing that took the longest was the animations. |

| When you use the camera direction, how do you know what's forward? |

@abella Forward is whatever direction the camera is facing. Backward is opposite that. |
