Raw eggs have selenium, iodine, phosphorus, molybdenum, choline, lutein, vitamins A, B2, B5, B12, E, D and K...
Some of the nutrients can be diminished by heating the egg, though... that's why a lot of people drink raw eggs is to get most of the nutrients.
Eating raw eggs can cause a biotin deficiency though, so in moderation they are good for you... |

| RAW Eggs can sometimes be bad though. It has salmonella. |

oh boy a biotin deficiency how do you even do that it's regularly produced by intestine bacteria
