The Russo Foreign Policy Doctrine Department of State 19 April 2014
The United States is a country that welcomes alliances with open arms. The United States is always striving to improve foreign diplomacy and gain alliances around the world. ________________________________________________
The United States sees alliances as an integral part of succeeding as a nation as a whole. The United States is always open to playing a key part in the Ro-Nation community in whatever part they can.
Requirements:
•First of all to ally the United States (Department of State) • Your nation must have at least 100 citizens (there are rare exceptions) and a working government that the United States can work with diplomatically. • Your nation must be viewed positively by the public. • Your nation must have a working capital. • Your nation must have active citizens. • Your nation must have an active military force.
Sending an ally request to the Department of State group before speaking with the Secretary of State decreases your chances of gaining an alliance of any kind.
Allying with the United States does not guarantee military support for your country in its time of need. Military support will be given on a case by case basis. This will be a joint decision between the Secretary of Defense, Secretary of State, and the President.
The United States will not donate any kind of monetary resources to you. Other forms of assistance will be offered, if you help it in return.
The United States will not declare or enter war unless there is a national security threat. ________________________________________________
Signed,
Patrick Russo Secretary of State |
