So basically I installed kali linux 64 bit iso, and put it on an 8gb usb with win32 disk imager. I went to BIOS and put USB HDD as default boot option instead of Windows Boot Manager. When I restarted my computer with the USB in it gets to the "Acer explore beyond limits" and then goes blank, shows it again, and repeats. I also tried putting USB CDROM as first boot option but that gave me the same problem.
If anybody here uses multiple OS' on the same comp I'm sure you'd be useful. I don't want to use VMWare. |

| Another issue might be because the iso is potentially broken. When I tried burning it to a CD it said unable to do so because the iso was corrupt or something like that. I installed it from the official kali linux site though... |

I used an installer for my Ubuntu (don't hate, I'm a Linux n00b); I never went through USB so I cannot help you there.
If nothing seems to happen, there might be something wrong with the image on the USB. |

@Devoi Scripting Helpers is under "Game Creation and Development" I see no game being made nor development. Plus read this:
"This is the place for discussion about scripting. Anything about scripting that is not a help request or topic belongs here."

| Game leave if you have a problem with it. Nobody is making you respond to this help request. Btw the kali linux iso must be corrupt because I got parrot-sec running just fine. |

The latest version of Kali had a few issues, some packages aren't stable in the full ISO, and with the mini ISO you don't have the actual testing packages.
Speaking of which, why would you need Kali? Who's internet security are you planning to test? Ask them for permission FIRST, otherwise it's HIGHLY illegal.

Also, Kali runs fine in VMWare, if you install the mini ISO, and I'd imagine it'd run in Parallels and V-box as well.

Get the mini ISO, then install the latest versions of all the packages bundled with Kali full, that should make it work. Alternatively see if you can't torrent Backtrack 5 R3, Kali's predecessor, and still good today.

| I think it's a problem relating to the iso not being in udf format. I changed that and am wiping my USB and rewriting it. Hopefully that will work. |

| Transiate, Do you even know Lua? I am starting to doubt that you do based on the fact that you have absolutely nothing intelligent to contribute. |
