Very recently a twin planet was found
It meets the 2 basic requirements of life, meaning we could have just found a planet like our own
But who cares about that when we need to spam, "EGG HUNT IZ A FAILUR!!!!!!!!11" |

So just because we need oxygen
Other extraterrestrial can't adapt to their own habitant gases? |

| Just because life on our planet formed one way doesn't mean that it has to on every other planet. It just depends on what's in the atmosphere. The first living things on earth didn't need oxygen, but animals eventually evolved to need it after plants made it. |

| Plants don't use oxygen, in fact, it's just excess waste from photosynthesis. |

| When life first formed on our planet, they didn't need oxygen. So the theory says at least. |

For all we know, we're the odd ones out breathing oxygen. Maybe the majority of life in the universe breathe carbon dioxide. I mean, why not? It's more plentiful in abundance that oxygen.
