If you abruptly jump the gun and say you win the argument when someone uses a logical fallacy, you lost the argument. |

| Yeah, that's called fallacist fallacy. If you point out others making fallacies in a debate, you're hypocritically fallacious. |

I never say I win, I simple say they've lost, and I won't be considering anymore of what they have to say.
Using logical fallacies kills your argument, the others don't necessarily win, you just lose. |

Uh, no...if you can't handle arguing with resorting to insults, you shouldn't be arguing.
Insulting is a universal sign of idiocy and incompetence.

What?
Um, no, if you can't handle arguments, you shouldn't be arguing.
And it's a sign you can't handle arguments if you use insults. Again, there are few exceptions. |

I did actually, several times now. You seem to be avoiding it...
I never said I can take an easy way out of an argument when another person uses a logical fallacy.
I did say that once someone uses a logical fallacy, they themselves lose.
This means that I am no longer obliged to consider what they have to say.
This DOES NOT mean I've won the argument, any other reasonable person can possibly debunk my argument and prove me wrong. I'm still in the argument, I'm still capable of being wrong, it's the person using logical fallacies that loses.

By George, he's finally got it!...sorta.
It is correct, it is valid. If someone's acting stupid and throwing insults in the middle of an argument, they deserve zero attention.
But hey, props to you for finally getting what I've been saying.

Yeah, that's called fallacist fallacy. If you point out others making fallacies in a debate, you're hypocritically fallacious. ___ Actually, no. If someone uses a fallacy, you can demand they make a new argument on that specific area, but you can't declare yourself a winner. |

It's not implying the argument is wrong, it is saying you have to restructure it.
"Please restructure that, you used a fallacy" is okay
"You used a fallacy, I win!" Is not okay |

But implying the argument can't be used (i.e. valid) because of a fallacy is a fallacy. ___ Except that isn't what "Argument from Fallacy" is. Argument from Fallacy is when you declare the other person wrong because they used a logical fallacy. Pointing out their logic fallacy and demanding that they give a non-fallacious argument is not a fallacy, but declaring yourself the winner and walking away is a fallacy. |
