In all seriousness, C&G, What would people respect more in my group?
1. A leader who is respectful and very strict, Always keeps discipline activated, And keeps them in line.
2. A leader who is respectful and very relaxed, Allowing talking, Not using PTS ever, And being relaxing and fun.
3. A leader who is mixed, Mixing fun with strictness and allowing fun events all the time but with the very strict attitude.
4. A leader who is fun all the time, Using some strictness, But overall always acting silly and goofy and being fun.
Which of these 4 would you rather have as a leader? |

Do what you think is right, and if you succeed that's how you get respect. You don't get respect as a leader if you copy generic characteristics and don't get any where. If you succeed at doing something, then you'll get respect for it. |

| I would respect you if you had common grammar, that you should've learned in grade 6. |

| Vaktus created an amazing empire full of discipline and skill. He enforces grammar and law, and is highly respected among fellow members. He filters out the weak from the strong to make such a massive and destructive force, and he has an extremely difficult entrance obstacle course. So, what I am saying is, people like a leader who uses grammar, enforces the laws, and, above all, knows how to lead. |

| One is by far the best option. If you were to lead a group and were to use improper grammar simultaneously, you would be looked down upon and you would be setting a bad example for recruits/pupils. |

| @Xyphur, You're a moron if you think that people these days care about something as simple as grammar. |
