| Either with the Stamper tool (in Studio, not Build mode) or with the Terrain generator by setting the Water Height parameter to however much water you want. |

| Forgot to add, the Terrain Generator is the button in Studio that looks like a hill with a green + in the corner. |

As tahu said, you can use the Stamper tool, and choose the water voxel brick.
Drag a line of bricks, press C and drag a rectangle of bricks. Press C again to drag a box of bricks.

@69 stamper tool is only for personal server and doing that will mess up my scripts in game |

No, you can use it in Studio as well.
Look in the same group of icons as the Terrain generator for the button that looks like a Stamp. |

| Gotta experiment to find this stuff out. Been there, done that, and built a few places with water voxels doing it in Edit mode. |

| Stamper Tool in Studio comes under the heading 'Insert', and then 'Stamper'. |
