I mean, yeah it lacks creativity and doesn't give you the resources to really expand or specialize your group, but they are useful tools. For somebody with limited resources but the desire to create a group, why should a popular opinion on a viable resource be the only reason their group doesn't succeed? You're basically forcing these people to hire a builder, which to somebody who can't afford it either means purchasing robux (which you guys hate), scamming (which everyone hates), or begging (which you guys hate). That ultimately leads to more corruption in the community. I think by making FMs a relatively acceptable resource, the clan world would in turn be less diseased.
Just some random ideas from an old vet.
And I can build so it's not like I'm supporting them because I use them. |

I had an idea along the lines of this.
Creating top-notch group resources(forts, training centers, etc),
and then open sourcing them for new clans. |

| Agreed... if someone else builds your stuff for you, that's essentially the same as FMs. |

I don't think that's the right way to go about it.
I think it would be more effective you you created a free model set and just kept adding to it occasionally with new places, weapons, scripts, etc. It would allow for diversity of the models without having just one really good place that a lot of groups used. The issue with that is that when people start to see one place too much, the place is downgraded even if it is top-notch. |

@Eye
Not exactly. The purpose for that is to have a unique place that is iconic for your group. And I completely understand that, and think it's important if you want to grow your group to a more prestigious status. But honestly, as long as it works, I don't see any issues for a bulk of groups to be formed around free models, as long as they aren't doing it just to be lazy. |
