All Immigrants coming into Namibia must be standardized by the Immigration laws. To apply for citizenship they have one week before they have an official date. Then if the official date is not met, then they will be placed on court for overstaying their visa. Immigration officers, Minister of Immigration, Prime Minister, and President of Namibia are allowed to provide the messages. (If there is no Immigration officers the Ministers may decide on who may do this except for the Prime Minister and President who are already allowed to accept so. The letter should consist of this: Title: Welcome to the Republic of Namibia!
Message: The Republic of Namibia welcomes you to our country. Namibia's immigration laws give you 1 week for a visa. Applying for citizenship you would send it to the Immigration officer named NamibianCitizenshipApplications . If you do not apply by that week you have a messaged sent to you saying your final day to apply for citizenship, if not applied by (date that is provided)There is a court trial. Thank you for joining Namibia we have a large amount of diverse jobs open, look for one today!!
No longer message: Punishments from court: Exile or Fine
A court case may be re-done if a Citizen of Namibia provokes unfairness by the judge. The immigrant is granted a Namibian attorney. If a messaged is not sent immigrants cannot sue, but have another week until they may apply. A trial can grant an immigrant immigration. A trial may also rule in the immigrant's side. |
