Hello and welcome to War Command. We're a modern military that strives with a dream. That dream being to one day become strong and unstoppable. Our main objective in War Command is to randomly raid other clans. That way our name will get around. Being promoted is easy if you are active, skilled, wise, etc. But, the higher you go in the ranks, the harder it gets. So good luck and enjoy your career in War Command.
[://Table of Contents\\:] Chapter 1: Ranks and Rank Separation Chapter 2: Privileges of Ranks Chapter 3: Achieving Soldier Chapter 4: Achieving Ranks Operative-Guard Chapter 5: Achieving Ranks Marksman and Captain Chapter 6: Achieving Ranks Marshal and Admiral Chapter 7: Chain of Command
[://Chapter 1: Ranks and Rank Separation\\:] Recruit - Not yet Ranked Soldier - Low Rank Operative - Low Rank Guard - Low Rank Marksman - Middle Rank Captain - Middle Rank Marshal - High Rank Admiral - High Rank Vice Commander - High Rank Commander - High Rank
[://Chapter 2: Privileges of Ranks\\:] Recruit: Cannot post to group wall. Soldier: Can post to group wall. Operative: Can post to group wall. Guard: Can post to group wall. Marksman: Can lead members through the Recruitment Obstacle Course. Captain: Can recommend lower ranks for promotions. Marshal: Can host group events. Admiral: Can Promote. Vice Commander: Can Oversee. Commander: Can overrule.
[://Chapter 3: Achieving Soldier\\:] The only way to earn the rank of Soldier is by completing the Obstacle Course in the group places. Once you have completed the course, message an Admiral or the Commander and they'll promote you to the rank of Soldier.
[://Chapter 4: Achieving Ranks Operative-Guard\\:] Once you've completed the Obstacle Course and have been promoted to Soldier, the next step is to attend raids or trainings that Marshals and Admirals host. If you attend the trainings and are respectful and do well, you'll be promoted through the ranks up to Guard. If you attend raids, get a good kill:death ratio, and be a tram player, then you'll be promoted through the ranks up until Guard.
[://Chapter 5: Achieving Ranks Marksman and Captain\\:] Marksman: In order to be promoted to Marksman, you must fill out the Marksman Application and send it to an Admiral, Vice Commander, or the Commander. Captain: In order to be promoted to Captain, you must have a Marshal recommend you to an Admiral or higher for your promotion.
[://Chapter 6: Achieving Ranks Marshal and Admiral\\:] Marshal: If you're promoted to Captain, have spent a fair amount of time at that rank, and have done very well, then you're ready to think about reaching Marshal. But, reaching this rank isn't as easy as your previous ranks were. To earn Marshal, you must show that you know how to lead. Admiral: If, and only if you're promoted to Marshal, have spent a tremendous amount of time at that rank, have done very well, have been active, have hosted several raids, and have gotten several people promoted to various ranks, then you're ready to consider being promoted to Admiral. Only the Commander can promote new Admirals. So in that case, you must impress the Commander. The guide cannot explain how to impress him. That is for you to figure out on your own.
[://Chapter 7: Chain of Command\\:] ~In War Command, we're all about respect. So any rank higher than you, you must salute or address as, "Sir". Even if you're a Recruit, and the other person is a Soldier, you must address them as "Sir" and salute them. When a Marshal or Admiral is present, you must face forward, salute, and not move. Follow these rules and your chances at being promoted will increase. ~1st in Command: Commander StaticalBlackout ~2nd in Command: Vice Commander dragons1254 ~3rd in Command: Vice Commander MarkusRedwing
