Im typing on my phone so bear with me.
So i wrote a code that makes a welcome message. It is a message, not a gui. I wrote it a couple weeks ago and it worked fine, well i check on my game yesterday and it wont work!
The output comes out with some crazy thing.
Keep in mind i havent edited or added anything to my game since i wrote it.
Got ideas? |

game.Players.PlayerAdded:connect(function(player) msg = Instance.new("Message", Workspace) msg.Text = "Welcome "..player.Name wait(2) msg:remove() end)
This would broadcast the message to the whole server. Or should. |

function onEntered(player) Message = Instance.new("Message", Workspace) Message.Text = "Welcome" ..player.Name wait(5) Message:remove() end game.Players.PlayerAdded:connect(onEntered)
-- Same as devRaver's but maybe easier to study |

That shouldn't affect anything you're doing. You're just missing 3 (stated, at least) files from RobloxFolder/content/textures/ui |

| Y'know, it's really hard giving help when you don't give what comes up in the output, AND you don't give us the script. |
