In my sleep, euthanasia or old age would be best.

Either die in a dramatic way, and save the world, or die in my sleep of old age.

Well, not like Rhodes Pierre. First and last to be guillotined facing the blade.
In all honesty, at the age of at least 125 years. How exactly? Not in some bed or in a retirement home. I would like to die on a starry night with a strong wind about. Spend my last night under the stars, able to bid farewell to the wind that I followed in my younger years, goodbye to the universe. There is a proverb: Night fall hides a world but reveals a universe. It is to this vault of heaven to which I will return.
It is hard to explain. |

@trench, Keeping your eye out for that bus about to hit someone? I'd like to think that I'm the type of person not to hesitate to risk my life to save another. Ya can't know until it happens, though.
I hope that you save someone's life, but I hope it doesn't cost you yours. There need to be more people alive willing to set their own life aside for others. Don't be a martyr. |
