My mom finally banned him from using it, so he started having a fit claiming that he did nothing wrong and that it was all my mothers fault.

It depends really.
A lot of people use places like ED, but with its traps and "inappropriate" ads, I really don't trust the place not to give me viruses. I think one time when I visited it, my computer crashed a week or two later. |
