>>>[SETTING]<<< After The Flash: Extinction Rising takes place in Death Valley at the time of After The Flash 5, where USCPF and CDF engage in war. Since Death Valley is more of an obstacle than a safe route because of it's harsh definition and scarcity of supplies, it was left untouched by the USCPF and the CDF, therefore leaving the civilians with little to no help. >>>[THE ADSU]<<< A Private Military Company, known as Platine-Aigle (Platinum Eagle in French) before the war, rose up and formed the Apocalyptic Disaster Special Unit, also known as the ADSU (pronounced Ad-Sue or A-D-S-U, your choice) and claimed a large portion of Death Valley as their own territory. The goal for the ADSU is keep civilians alive for as long as possible, while attempting to develop a way to get rid of the radiation, or at least de-ionize it so it is no longer harmful to humans. As a result, the ADSU is attempting to genetically engineer bacteria to consume the ions of radiation in a person's body to cure radiation poisoning to save the millions who are dying from it, at the cost of creating monstrosities that can kill a man instantly. The ADSU's main base is a refurbished fallout shelter that has been stylized to look formal, and look luxurious, even though it is not. It has fountains that look elegant and beautiful, but since water is scarce in Death Valley, the water in the fountain is not fresh and comes straight from the drain. Their trees, though real, are artificially grown from a mix of UV and infrared lights. Not to mention the fact that the base is underneath pure dirt and rock. Though their technology may seem advanced, it is not. The ADSU use insulated metal to keep cool in the hot temperatures of Death Valley, and have simple Kevlar underneath the metal, so it is a very crude design. They use weapons that Platine-Aigle had before the war, so nothing new with weapons. >>>[SOCIETY AND CIVILIANS]<<< In Death Valley, civilians must survive for themselves or tag along with the ADSU in their hopes of humanity being rebuilt (the ADSU are pro-USCPF because of this). Civilians who choose to rebel the ADSU non-violently are ignored by the ADSU. Civilians who attempt to use force to rebel are punished through detention or lethal force. Most Civilians use caps as currency, just like in other regions of the United States, but some prefer trading supplies. There also some USCPF and CDF forces wandering around Death Valley for various reasons, however there are less CDF because the ADSU is pro-USCPF as mentioned earlier. Though USCPF and ADSU share a very similar goal, the USCPF in general do not show any favoritism towards them.

| Good job, try adding another rival besides the ADSU. This way there can be war and more roleplay for it. |

| Change the name, make it your own instead of using one that's already used by someone who has made multiple games of it. |
