| Weight training, actually. Several studies were done, it's apparently the fastest way to get into shape. |

Steroids with a long, strict, intense workout schedule and perfect diet.
But the absolute fastest way is to have the right genetics, which you probably don't have. |

you don't even need anything to gain muscle.
you see prisoners, right? they got muscular with their own body weight.
pushups, crunches, pullups, chinups, lunges, squats, situps etc etc can get you fit alone.
also, try your best to eat more protein and fat. it will help. switch to full-fat milk, eat meat more often or something. ukno. |

1) http://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=130074310
2) Something not in there: a good idea that isn't in there is consuming protein before before the work out so it is in your system at the opportune time for muscle growth instead of being too late. Be hydrated, as well.
3) It is in the guide, but do take cold showers. Better for muscle growth/recovery and will boost testosterone in your system.
4) Check out the book The Four-Hour Body by Tim Ferriss. I know it is a hooky title, but the book is quality. The author has a blog, too, that is filled with insightful knowledge. |

| I don't think there's really a set number of reps that's the standard. Everyone's different; what's not enough reps for one person may be way too many for others. You really got to pay attention to your body and know what signals it's giving you when it's had enough. A friend of mine loves weight training and the way it feels, but he was actually sent home one day by his trainer because he was way overdoing it; he'd been coming in almost every day and not giving his body a chance to recover. |

@Flappy and Colie, Calisthenics. One of the best ways to get into shape using no weights at all. Youtube has some pretty inspiring videos of people doing calisthenics.
