hit da gym, do bench press, then parallel squat, then power clean
it shud make u very lean in muscle mass, then you just run and do ab work outs on da floor. |

If you're fat, do a lot more cardio, once your skinny then do ab workouts, if your skinny, just do ab workouts |

there is this thing u can do called reverse crunches.
don't do crunches or situps. They are dumb XD. They work your back more than your abs.
Your back is not really supposed to be worked like that. |

reverse crunch is basically this
lay on ur back oka
then lift your feet about 6 inches off da ground
then pull em in towards your chest
then push em back out the 6 inch off the ground striaght out
it actually works your abs since thats what your abs actually do is hold your midsection in line.
crunches are more of a back exercise XD I know that evertime I do them I feel it in my back XD. NOT my abs.
My friend got discharged from the Navy because he couldnt do the situps because he has a calcium deposit on his spine. So there you go. |
