TL;DR: Big changes are coming to the Magic Builders group!
Lately, it has come to my attention that the efficiency of the Magic Builders Executive Team, as well as departmental welfare and standard operating protocols could definitely use an overview and a little bit of a reform.
We've done multiple reforms to ensure the cohesive work of our team, however this reform is set to change a lot more and amplify the changes a lot more than previous changes to the company.
This guide will help outline the changes for Executives, Members and Guests of the company.

The Executive teams are set to change to ensure that not only the staff are effective, but they are well mannered and live up to the values of our executives, a new Code of Conduct will be released for all executive staff to follow soon; aside from this we will be monitoring your maturity and most definitely your people and public relations skills.
Part A || Rank Caps
To ensure that the members of our ranks are effective, we will be putting caps on ranks to ensure we do not over-hire, this causes staff members to slack off and let others do their work and also causes a few problems with maturity levels.
Creative Department: (Currently Houses: 10 members) || CAPPED AT: 5 Board of Advisor's: (Currently Houses: 6 members) || CAPPED AT: 4-5 Board of Directors: (Currently Houses: 9 members) || CAPPED AT: 4-6 {THE VICE PRESIDENT RANK WILL REMAIN AS IT IS, AS WILL CHIEF OF STAFF!}
Part B || Conduct
Magic Builders was designed to be a fun community group with a bright and respectful atmosphere, however some executives feel that it is okay to break the policies we have set in place, by abusing admin, weapons, verbal insults, slander and flaming; I'll make it clear right now, I will NOT be tolerating this behaviour from ANYONE for ANY reason.
A new Code of Conduct will be released, as will a staff system. You will all start on 10 points. You'll either gain points, or loose them, if you drop below 0 points you will be removed from your staff position. Gaining points will result in less chance of being removed, for you have immunity points.
It will work as so: Board of Directors can: Take points from the BOARD OF ADVISORS Chief of Staff can: Take points from the BOARD OF ADVISORS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS Vice President can: Take Points from BoA, BoD and the Chief of Staff President can: Take points from all ranks.
Part C || Welfare
Lately we've noticed some High Ranks have been too hard at work, because the lazy ones have been slacking off. If we notice you're hard at work, you will be given leave. We do not expect you to be constantly working, and therefore you may take a Leave of Absence for as long as needed for things like vacations, school work, etc. During this time, we will be putting someone else in your job (Creative for Advisor, Advisor for Director, Director for Chief, Vice Presidents for Chief, President for Vice Presidents)

The Executive departments have been reviewing the feedback of members for the past few weeks and we've noticed that there may not be enough for members to participate in, therefore we're opening up ALL departments (except for the new Executive Corporation, read more later!)
The changes for each department will be as follows:
Magic Builders Development Club: All Executives will be removed, and MDC will turn into more of a Technology Company, we're always looking for people to help us with building and scripting of our projects and therefore we will be assigning a Director and redesigning the purpose of the group.
PURPOSE: To design and see through the technology and efficiency of the technology Magic Builders Provide.
HOW IT'LL WORK: We'll assign a Director of Development who will design an application, you will need to submit an application to join the company and from there the Director of Development will decide whether or not to accept you. This will be open for ANY ranks INCLUDING the EXECUTIVES. ▬▬▬▬
Magic Builders Cyber Command: We're moving away from stopping exploiting, besides, there is another group to do that! (Read on!) Magic Builders Cyber Command will ALSO be open to the public and will serve as a Department for Internal Affairs and External Affairs management, it will be run by the Director of Affairs and will be based on application and idealism intelligence to enter the company.
PURPOSE: To ensure High Ranks are not abusing their powers and to see through the fair treatment of all members as well as to ensure our relations with other groups are going well! MBCC will be given admin at our games to deal with affairs.
HOW IT'LL WORK: We'll assign a Director of Affairs who will design an application and test, you will need to submit an application to join this department and you'll be placed at an appropriate rank after thorough testing. ▬▬▬▬
Magic Builders Intelligence Agency: With Magic Builders Cyber Command moving from exploiting, MIA will once again cover this problem as well as continue their standard operations. SlickPwner will continue as our Director of Security and Intelligence.
PURPOSE: To stop and counter exploiting, deal with internal affairs and work closely with MBCC to stop abuse as well as to engage in secret MIA operations.
HOW IT'LL WORK: We'll design an application and a physical test. Slickpwner and his Advisors that will be appointed will be en-charge of reading and testing applicants. We will hire a maximum of 30 MIA agents across ALL Ranks at any one time due to their overpowered weapons and systems. ▬▬▬▬
{NEW DEPARTMENT}
Magic Builders Executive Corporation: Since we'll be changing the Development Club, we'll need a new place for all High Ranks (Advisors+ as well as MB Diplomats!)
PURPOSE: For Executives to effectively communicate.
HOW IT'LL WORK: It'll be the exact same as it was before, all executives will be required to join and the group will serve as the point of discussion for our tasks.

Each Board Member will be able to select someone from the Board of Advisors, remembering the rank cap for Advisors is 4-5 and Directors is 4-6, so ONE advisor MAY double up on someone!
PURPOSE: The Advisor's will serve as their name implies. They will advise the Board of Directors on decisions that will then be relayed to the Chief of Staff, Vice Presidents and finally if required, myself, Mazux.
HOW IT'LL WORK: Everyone will have an advisor, that will be their Apprentice. If the Board Member is absent, retires or is ill or on leave for a period of time, their Advisor will take their position and work as a Director; if you're wondering, NO ONE will take over for that Advisor, as the job of the advisor in the first place was to work for the Director, who is absent, therefore they've no need of cover.

Magic Builders have multiple things we add daily, including contests, promotions and making shouts.
Therefore we're introducing a chain of command.
PURPOSE: To ensure that everyone knows what they're doing and how to do it as well as to serve MB as a Democracy in voting for things as an Executive Team.
If you're unsure about something, or you've got a contest idea, or any idea, you will need to go through the chain of command.
BoA -> BoD -> CoS -> VP -> P
You'll need to ask the RANK ABOVE YOU, DO NOT VIOLATE THIS CHAIN! If they are unsure, they'll pass it to the rank above. The chain ends at the President, so you'll have your response eventually if other ranks aren't sure.

We've been too lenient on how we hire. Therefore, we are implimenting a new process to hire executives.
ADVISORS: Majority of the BoD must agree.
BoD: Majority Advisors and VP's must agree.
VP: President's decision.
VOTE POINTS: BoD: 1 vote VP: 2 votes President: 5 votes
If the applicant does not have over 5 votes without majority, they will not be considered for another month.
We will vote and decide at Executive Meetings, no where else!
