Pre-Elections end Monday at 11:59 pm CST.
QUESTIONS: -------------- 1) Do you think a single individual can improve RSF? 2) What qualities do you think make a leader? 3) Which leaders have you received inspiration from and/or how do they represent traits of a leader? 4) Explain your RSF career. How long have you been in RSF, and how high up the ranks do you hope to go? 5) What RSF programs need improving? How can they be improved? I believe so, to tilt the odds in the favor of winning, all it takes is one more person being on your team, giving you more lifes to add to the mix of your team, gives you a better chance of victory. In a leader, they must be innovative, all around a nice person, they shouldn't be too strict on their fellow comrades. Giving tips to the lower ranks is a must-be for coming leaders, as it promotes morality in the ranks.
And as to who I've received a lot of guidance from it terms of leadership, I'd have to say Rivalize, who use to be 2iC in SC would have to be one of the best hr's I've seen, I'd say I followed under him to learn about leadership. And in terms of how long I've been in RSF, I'd consider it about a month or two, enough experience in RSF to know how the system works, and how the base functions in parts, in terms of ranks, I don't really mind how high up I go, the sky is the limit is one of those sayings.
I'd have to say if any programs need improving, it'd be RSF BB, we're pretty inactive and in need of people who can host activities to improve activity among the crew, so I'd say promote some people who have dedicated their time in the group, like Ugoin for example, in rsf bb, to squad captain. He'd make a good squad leader. All in all, I think RSF has a variety of good qualities that makes it unique in of itself, which is why I'm proud to be apart of it.

That's why RSF is garbage.
Want a cherry with that ice cream, because that's what's been on it for a while. |

This is my answers to the pre-election forum post. First of all, I think a single individual can change RSF because every individual's actions can make a very big difference in our community. Secondly, the qualities that make a leader are bravery, discipline, confidence, friendliness, maturity, happiness, helpful, dependability, trustworthy, and courage. I think these are the qualities that make a great leader because these qualities are very positive and what make up a very good person in real life. Also, these are represented by your actions, reactions, and emotions as well. For the next question, the High Ranks that have represented these qualities are: gege9876543210, shinycrystal123, Seany112, pieface013bi, Vermilions, and Florecido. They have been very skilled leaders that have great skill in leading our group. They also try to handle situations in a very disciplined manner. For the next question, I have been in RSF for 2 years, but have been inactive in it for 6 months. Luckily, I have returned, to become a very strong leader in our community. I also hope to get to at least Admiral in my high rank career because it's my biggest hope in my career with our family. Lastly, the things that need to be improved in our community are our attitudes, language, reactions, actions, and our patrol events.(These are just exaamples.) First of all, the attitudes of some people in all events aren't very positive. I have seen people countless times not listening to the High Ranks in trainings. Also, they have been very rude when they don't get what they want. Such as promotions, being a captain in training, and being listened to. Secondly, the language coming out of some people's mouths isn't appropriate. For example, they say stuff like the bs word and the f word because they either get killed in training, get kicked, and because someone is better than them in a certain area. I want to conclude my pre-election paragraph with some things to learn about life. First of all, it doesn't matter if you don't get what you want. What does matter is that people can sometimes be devastating to yourself, but you also need to respect other people, even though they are rude to you. Lastly, you don't ignore people just because you want to annoy them or taunt them, you ignore them if they are annoying you. Always listen to High Ranks or just be patient to talk to them. This is my pre-election paragraph, I thank you for taking your time to read it, and thank you for being such a respectful community! See you later! :) -panda2344 RSF Major |

| Arthur, I was like that too, I judged without even trying the group. Judge a group after you have joined it, and do things in the group for around, a week, and you will notice certain individuals and their traits, which make a group unique. |

This post is from major reggie14892 as he couldn't post at this time [He is at the hospital taking care of his sister and told me to post this when the elections begin.]
Hello, I'm reggie14892, major of RSF. 1) First of all, I know that a single individual can't simply change RSF. But with help, if that single person can just get together a few more people and put a plan into action, yes he can do it. He can change RSF. I feel I can too.
2) Well, as a leader, I'm respectful, active, mature, honest and very disciplined. I help HRs during their trainings and would love to train members to the fullest.
3) I was always inspired by vihaanjp and Vermilions. Both active, mature, and always helpful. They both give tips, make ANY training fun, no matter how immature the members may be. He makes us learn in a training, and that shows the meaning of trainings. I love these 2 HRs for that reason, and I believe that since verm is already a 2iC [He's the best] and since vih is a BRG, he deserves NGEN right away. Both have maturity, respect, discipline, a fun side, a very skilled side and of course, the strict side. Both can control any situation, this is the amazing part of both these HRs.
4) Well, I joined RSF something around the end of 2013, and I've worked hard to get to Major. I remember Arvore II changes and then when I came to know about some of the HRs, I was very active and always helping them out. Next thing I remember was the Aequor Islands, the navy change of RSF in which BRG vihaanjp was always trying to get a division set into RSF. This was what I loved, his great effort for making things possible. I'd like to speak to you, sir fruit, about his idea.
5) Well, as mentioned, the divisions of RSF need to become naval. I would ask for more divisions, like as vihaan's idea was to make a division for "RSF Marines and Recons". Something like this would be great. A complete change to rank names to become more naval. Division type updates in the fort. Say the police would have tazers and cuffs etc. Stuff only certain ranks of the division or the whole division can have.
I'd like to end with the simple answer that RSF was my best decision. I've learnt a lot, I'll keep learning, no matter what rank I am. I know verm is learning, and he's the 2iC. Everybody learns, but some who accept it, go on to success.
Hail RSF! RSF FOREVER! -Major reggie14892 |

Doesn't matter what skills you have if you possess the common sense to apply them correctly.
Also, I'd like to wish all of the Majors the best of luck in this process; it is not always an easy passage and tough times can emerge, but you'll be fine if you keep your wits about you. |

This is a rewrite on my paragraph because of n0vawaffle's advice.
This is my answers to the questions of the Major Pre-Elections.
First of all, I think that a single individual can change the RSF community because anyone, even only 1 person in the group, can make a HUGE difference in the entire community. My reasoning for this is that anything/anyone can make a difference, no matter how big it is.
Secondly, I think the qualities that make up a strong leader are bravery, courage, kindness, loyalty, discipline, confidence, maturity, friendliness, dependability, helpfulness, and happiness. I think these qualities resemble a strong leader most because they are all positive, and make up someone who is a very strong leader in our community and others. Also, your actions, reactions, and emotions depending on these traits, show your leadership skills.
For the next question, the Hig Ranks that I think represented these traits well are: gege9876543210, shinycrystal123, pieface013bi, Seany112, Vermilions, and Florecido. They represented these traits because in all the RSF events, they showed that they have great leadership skills and know how to handle situations.
Next, I have been in RSF for about 1 1/2 years, but have been inactive for 6 months. Now I am reactive in our community, sharing these leadership skills. I hope to become a very strong leader, representing the traits that I have said earlier, and guiding our lower ranks on their journey in RSF. Also, I hope greatly to reach at least Admiral in the High Ranks because it is my biggest hope to represent the traits that make up a strong leader and to lead our community.
Lastly, the events/major issues that need to be improved are the patrol events, language, attitudes, and actions. (These are only 2 examples coming up) First of all, in the attitude section, I have seen people either cursing, talking in a rude manner, or raging just because they didn't either get promoted, achieve their goals, or got listened to in a training event. Also, in the language section, I've heard people say words that are supposed to substitute and cover up the actual word. To resolve these 2 major problems in our community, I think we should make a rules forum to put the description of the group. Lastly, our patrol events can be a little more exciting with minor events held on it such as boat races.
I would like to conclude my Pre-Election paragraph with a small speech. Thank you RSF, for giving me so much friends to hang out with and exciting events to do everyday. Thank you to the High Ranks for successfully leading our community and helping out all of us on our journey into the High Ranks. I would like to thank all of the RSF community for showing your bravery to join us and get involved in the numerous events that we have every day. Thank so much to all of you!
