Started my diet to get healthy. I recently remembered my old daily caloric intake. It was 3500cal to 4200cal a day. Filled with terrible nasty food that I can't stand anymore. (Hot Pockets, Cup-o-Noodles, frozen dinners and an assortment of fast food) Just a week ago I tried KFC's chicken dippers, and nearly puked because of the terrible after taste from it. But if you reverse time by a year in a half, I probably would of loved it, then ask for more since my appetite made me hungry again 20 minutes later. That appetite was killing me, I would go to Jack In The Box and order a combo with two sets of chicken strips (total of 6) and would complain in my mind that it wasn't enough and they should totally make the serving sizes LARGER. But April 1st, 2013 I did it. The hungriest spring break ever. That is where I taught myself to ignore my hunger and adapt my appetite to current state. 3 meals a day with no salts and sugars, god it was a hell, and if I didn't go with it I would of been projected to be around 270 by now.
I rushed typing this so sorry for it sounding so organized. |

Hot Pockets and a select few of fast food are actually good
Don't know how you did the cup-o-noodles thing though, those are disgusting |

Rune, the ham and cheese hot pockets make me gag. Though I do go to Subway after my long hikes each weekend. I probably need it since I burn about 2000 calories on these hikes.
And on rare occasions I go get pizza from Round Table. |

Alex,
Breakfast: Yogurt and fruit (usually a banana or an apple) with some tea. During the weekend I have oatmeal with fruits.
Lunch: Lunch meat sandwich with fruits and/or nuts.
Dinner: Chicken is the staple of my dinner. My favorite being grilled chicken with a side salad.
Snacks: I rarely snack, but it's usually almonds. Or late at night, I indulge on some cereal.
I am best on a 1500cal daily intake, but for people that are younger/heavier/taller than me. I suggest more calories. |

Purple,
I hike for 3-4 hours with pretty steep climbs. I am pretty sure that burns 2k. |

Lets do the math. I would run a mile in around 11 minutes back then. Now I run a 7 minute mile.
And my heartbeat right now doesn't go high enough to really tire me out. The only problem I have is my ankles tighten up really fast. |

| I got tired of being unhealthy. Simple as that. I found it hypocritical how I love all these sports, yet I can't even run half a mile without having to walk. |
