| Actually there is relegation, you have to be in the bottom 2 or 3 for 2 whole seasons or something, and it's pretty obvious, if USA was going to play against Canada(or someone other than Mexico) and Mexico against Cuba(or someone other than USA) they'd release them, it's because they want Mexico to win duh. |

| Because Puebla are fighting relegation, and need both of them. Puebla isn't required to release them cause it isn't an official FIFA date and this game is just an unimportant money-grabber anyway. |
