Tech Team is a building group meant to create a friendly community within itself. You are referred to as a "employee". As an employee of Tech Team, you do not get paid by robux or currency, but by receiving credit from projects you participated in. But by being a employee, there are rules. and if you happen to break any of these rules, it can lead to being "fired."

1. Respect your fellow TT employees.
2. Listen and respect commands your leaders have given you.
3. Do not curse. Cursing in TT is considered to be offensive and unprofessional. Doing abbreviations also counts.
Not all rules have been stated. Doing a serious offense and constantly breaking these rules will lead to your exile.
---------------------------------------POSITIONS--------------------------------
Staring rank/Unfiltered/HNR:Being in this Position means you must have just joined TT or you haven't been active in the group.
Trainee: A trainee gets trained by the trainer. In order to become a trainee, you have t attend at least one TT regular meeting.
Builder: A TT employee that has been taught the basics of building. In order to become a Builder, you have to complete the training course.
Scripter: A Scripter that has proven that he/she can script. Must prove to a PS, APS, Trainer, Manager, or the founder that he/she can script.
Advance Builder: A builder that has participated in many group projects and has shown great detail in his/her building.
Advanced Scripter: A scripter that can make complicated scripts. Must prove to a leader.
LEADERS....
Trainer: A trainer has the authority to hold training sessions and do group shouts. To become a Trainee, you have to be a trusted employee, and be willing to take the job on. Only has power over trainees.
Project Supervisor: A Project Supervisor has authority over scripters and builders, to do shouts, and hold Project meetings. Must be a trusted and willing employee.
Advanced Project Supervisor: Has authority over the advanced scripters and builders, to do shouts, and hold advance project meetings.
Manager: Has authority over everyone in the group, to fire users, to do group shouts and hold meetings.
Founder/Boss: Has the authority to do anything. |
