Heiwa, I am Shimazu Yoshihiro and this is The Shimazu Clan: Masuta Tournament. Here I shall explain how the Masuta Samurai are created in the Shimazu Clan.

:Eligibility:
To be eligible for the Masuta Tournament you must meet the following conditions:
- Be a Shimazu Samurai
- Have no history of Dishonourable Actions within the current year
- Must of been a Shimazu Samurai for at least one (1) week, which is seven (7) days.
If you meet these conditions, then you can attempt to join the Masuta Tournament.

:Entry:
Even if you meet the conditions, you must gain entry to the Masuta Tournament. To do this, you must earn three (3) badges. These badges represent the three main qualities that any Samurai must have.
~Skill~ ~Intelligence~ ~Honour~
The badges will be avalible at the Proving Grounds. Each Badge can be earned at its event, a Masuta Samurai will announce an event for one of three badges. The Masuta will also inform when the event shall begin. If you are late to the event, you cannot join. Each badge shall have its event done three times to allow the best chance for any Masuta Hopeful.
Once each badge has had its event done three (3) times each, the badge earning it closed. Any Shimazu Samurai without all three (3) badges are not eligible to join the Masuta Tournament. If you have earned all three (3) badges, simply send your request to join to the Senso-Komon so that the Senso-Komon can be sure you have all threw (3) badges. If you do, you shall get a response welcoming you to the Masuta Tournament.

:Rules, Regulations, and Schedule:
The Masuta Tournament shall last three (3) days, with the first day handling the First Round, the second day handling the Semi-Finals, and the third day being the Finals.
The Rules & Regulations for the First Round Duels are as follows.
Each duel shall have two (2) combatants, each duel will be judged by one (1) Masuta Samurai. The opponents shall bow to each other and await the judges signal to begin the duel. The duel will be 2/3, the winner shall move on and the losers allowed to be in the third stage bracket.
After all first round duels have had a winner, the winners may move on. The losers shall be allowed to try for the third stage bracket, where the third place Tournament winner is decided. After the third stage bracket is completed, the First Round is officially over.
Semi-Finals Dueling Rules shall be as follows, the Senso-Komon shall judge each duel, each duel will have two (2) combatants, each duel will have a 2/3 win structure. The winner will move on and the losers allowed to fight for the second stage bracket.
The Second Stage Bracket is where members right for the second place spot in the Masuta Tournament. It's duels shall be judged by one (1) Masuta Samurai each, the winner is the Second Place spot. When this is finished, the Semi-Finals are officially finished.
The Finals Dueling Rules shall be as follows, each duel will have the Senso-Komon judge it and the Daimyo-Shimazu watch. Each duel will have two (2) opponents. The final two winners will make the Final Duel, but will wait till the First Stage Bracket is finished to duel.
The last Stage Bracket is where the losers from the Finals get to fight for the Honorable Victor spot in the Masuta Tournament. It shall be just as the Finals were in rules and regulations. Once this is over, the Final Duel may be held.
The Final Duel will have only two (2) combatant's and shall be judged by the Daimyo-Shimazu personally. This duel will be a single elimination, meaning its a single life duel, not 2/3. The Victor shall become a Masuta Samurai, the loser shall get the Half Victor Prize, meaning they nearly won and are just as worthy even if they did not win.
When this is over, there shall be a celebration for the various victors of the Masuta Tournament, once the celebration is over the Masuta Tournament is officially over as well.
