SPEAR rules will also be enforced and followed including :
"1: No Spamming 2: No Spawn Killing 3: No Raiding unless there are 4+ SPEAR at Our Fort 4: First Clan to 7 raid wins with picture proof wins the war 5: No Admin abusing 6: No Banning 7: Any exploiting will result in a tie raid 8: 2 hour raid limit."
OTHER RULES :
Defense wins do not count
This is a war between SPEAR and RF, no one else, anyone who wishes to interfere will be considered ally support. This also means that raids will only happen at Vincite II and Fort Thermopylae II, war scores, etc.
A maximum ratio of 1:1 Original clan and allies are needed in a raid. Any more allies will have to be kicked.
Any members who were originally in any ally clans will not count as a SPEAR or RF.
Although basically repeating a SPEAR rule, the sight of exploiting shall result in the shutting down of a server if there is failure to prevent it. A tie shall occur UNLESS a victory seemed certain for a side.
All base rules apply with the exceptions of ones that collide with war terms.
Changes that shall be made at SPEAR's base.
-Removal of the GUI chat system.
-Actual timer on the terminal/flag
-Removal of lag
-Addition of Anti-Teamkill Swords
Changes to RF's base.
-Weapons/Givers next to RF's spawn will be removed along with others around the base unless it is in the armory. Raiders and defenders must spawn with the exact same weapons.
-Replacing weapon givers, "shops" will be added instead.
-Upon SPEAR's choice, the 650 second one touch terminal may be replaced with a 1200 second flag.
-A separate ally team will not be added due to the fact the leader board shows the ranks of members and so tells you if someone is an ally or not.
If one side fails to attend to these changes, raids will only happen at a place that have attended changes.
Agreement to terms will permanently enforce rules unless both sides agree otherwise. These rules are fair if both sides play by them, it should take unfair disadvantages nor advantages from any sides unless one decides to break them.
