Yes, another Mac Studio issue.
Since ROBLOX was not capable of giving me any help regarding my issue with ROBLOX Studio I will be posting my issue. They seemed to only be capable of giving me the usual three 'fixes' and then telling me to refer to the Forums.
If I attempt to open a second game while I already have a game open in Studio game, or even go to the "Play Solo" mode while in Studio I get an error that forces ROBLOX to quit. Here is the error report:
Thread 5 Crashed: 0 com.googlecode.google-breakpad 0x032c5ef7 google_breakpad::ExceptionHandler::UninstallHandler(bool) + 127 1 com.googlecode.google-breakpad 0x032c6c24 google_breakpad::ExceptionHandler::WaitForMessage(void*) + 394 2 libsystem_pthread.dylib 0x9b2335fb _pthread_body + 144 3 libsystem_pthread.dylib 0x9b233485 _pthread_start + 130 4 libsystem_pthread.dylib 0x9b238cf2 thread_start + 34
Now in review on the crash, it states:
Thread 5 crashed with X86 Thread State (32-bit): eax: 0x08d7e4a0 ebx: 0x032c5e86 ecx: 0x00000000 edx: 0x08d7e4a0 edi: 0x00000807 esi: 0x00000001 ebp: 0xb0218cb8 esp: 0xb0218c70 ss: 0x00000023 efl: 0x00010202 eip: 0x032c5ef7 cs: 0x0000001b ds: 0x00000023 es: 0x00000023 fs: 0x00000023 gs: 0x0000000f cr2: 0x08d7e4d0
Any suggestions on a probable cause or a fix? |

Just had this error report again while opening Studio alone:
Thread 3 Crashed: 0 com.googlecode.google-breakpad 0x032c5ef7 google_breakpad::ExceptionHandler::UninstallHandler(bool) + 127 1 com.googlecode.google-breakpad 0x032c6c24 google_breakpad::ExceptionHandler::WaitForMessage(void*) + 394 2 libsystem_pthread.dylib 0x9b2335fb _pthread_body + 144 3 libsystem_pthread.dylib 0x9b233485 _pthread_start + 130 4 libsystem_pthread.dylib 0x9b238cf2 thread_start + 34
Basically the same except on a different Thread. No one has any input? |

Drag to trash, empty trash, redownload, move to Applications folder, run again. Maybe see if you can't get OnyX (Download it) to do the equivalent of cleaning a PC's registry. That should fix it.
That said, on my late 2011 MBP 13" I don't have the issue you're talking about. Granted, I am running the latest version of OSX, ten nine two. |

I have already attempted the step of uninstalling then installing it again. I'm running the most current version of Mavericks. I am running a 2013 MBP 13" and the computer is fully up to date.
So if you are basically running the same system as I am then why would I be getting this error report when attempting to open multiple Studios or attempting to use the "Play Solo" option?
ROBLOX made an update to the Player and Studio today, and the problem is still persisting. |

| I also used OnyX to clear the necessary documents and it is still giving issues. |

ROBLOX informed me that they are not capable of fixing the issue and that I need to either try to fix it myself or wait for a future update that may or may not fix it.
Could I get a Forum Moderator to move this to the Technical Support section? |

| Another issue to add on is that when I attempt to save a model to ROBLOX it has a 75% chance of not popping up the save screen. |
